Rushford Lutheran Church is people gathered by God's Word and Sacraments and sent to make Christ known to all persons and to serve all people Rushford Lutheran Church (RLC) is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We are an ever growing congregation of people centering our life on God's Word and Sacraments. We believe in the Triune God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit We believe that God created us and all that exists. We believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; and that Jesus Christ is the Word of God, who comes to us in the form of a human being. Our salvation comes to us by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ, God's Son, our Lord. We believe that we are called to faith by the Holy Spirit, we are enlightened by the Gospel and that our lives are directed by God as we come together to worship, study and pray regularly as a Christian congregation. We believe and teach that the Old and New Testaments of the Bible are the inspired Word of God and the authoritative source and norm of our life, as individuals and as a congregation. The congregation has continued to grow and in 1906-1907 the current building was built at the corner of Mill Street and Rushford Avenue.
